(Scholarship)

Fusion’s CSR Program ‘Shiksha’ provides scholarship to financially deprived students, enabling them to pursue their education and achieve their academic goals. Through this initiative, we provided scholarship over 500+ students.

Financial Literacy

Fusion has raised awareness and touched 43,000+ community members through its one-day financial literacy training program on important aspects of household financial management and encouraged them to inculcate the smart and effective practices of saving money in their lives from the existing source of income.

Financial & Digital Literacy

This program aims to increase awareness among deprived communities regarding financial management and educate them about various digital payment methods. So far Fusion has provided class-room training sessions among 20,000+ community members and helped them to impart knowledge on various modes of cashless transaction, linking of Aadhar card to the bank account, digital payments and using debit/credit cards for the transaction.

Fusion Sahayata Kendra

With the objective to disseminate information about various Govt. schemes and assisting in the rectification of important government documents like PAN, Aadhar and Voter ID, Fusion Sahayata Kendras are spread across 100 locations. These Kendras have assisted 10,000+ people in applying various Government schemes, ATM cards and opening bank accounts with support from Common Services Centers (CSC).

Nanhi Pahel
(Early Childhood & Education)

To ensure access to education, foster social and cognitive development, and enhance the overall well-being of children up to 5 years of age, the "Nanhi Pahel" Early Childhood & Education Centers have been established. Currently, two centers in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand are facilitating 40+ children.

Digital & Skill Development

The program is designed to empower youth through comprehensive digital and skill training, with a particular emphasis on improving financial management capabilities to support their livelihoods. Over 100 youths have successfully completed training and received certification. Placements were secured by 56% of candidates across diverse sectors such as BPO, educational institutions, FIs, and retail.

Road Safety Awareness Campaign

To enhance public safety and maintain traffic and crowd control, Fusion distributed 174 Barricades across several locations, covering 10 states.

Support to Athletes

This program supports athletes in their training and preparation for various national /international tournaments. Fusion is currently Supporting Four female athletes.

  • Namita Chandel (Canoeist)- Namita won a gold medal in the C2 (5000M) event at the 32nd National Sprint Senior Men & Women Championship in Bhopal, 2022
  • Devanshi Satija (Para Swimmer)- Devanshi won three gold medals in the 100m Butterfly, 100m Freestyle and 50m Freestyle events respectively at the 22nd National Para Swimming Championship in Guwahati, 2022
  • Aruna Reddy (Gymnast)- Aruna secured 11th position in the Table Vault event at the 50th FIG Artistic Gymnastics World Championship
  • Avantika Narale (Athletics)- Avantika secured a gold medal in the 200M category at the South Zone Inter University Tournament held in Chennai in 2022

Health Check up and Awareness Camps

Fusion supports in organizing Health camps for the deprived community especially for women and children in its operational areas. Under this program health checkups and awareness sessions on topics such as Cancer, nutrition, menstrual hygiene etc. have been organized in different locations. Diagnosis of patients are done by well established gynecologists, pediatricians, optometrist and general physicians. Diagnostic tests like Hemoglobin, Tuberculosis, Blood sugar and Blood pressure are facilitated in each camp. Through this initiative, Fusion has touched 37,000+ lives across 18 states

Ojas
(An Eye Care Initiative)

CSR program “Ojas” facilitates doorstep eye check-ups and cataract screenings for deprived families. Individuals diagnosed with refractive errors receive spectacles, while those in need of cataract surgeries are assisted with post-operative care. Counseling sessions are conducted to educate people on identifying early signs of prominent eye ailments and maintaining a healthy eye routine. Fusion also helps to organize specialized Eye check-up camps as per the need in different rural areas. Through Ojas, Fusion has covered 12,000+ community members.

(Menstrual Hygiene Awareness)

Menstrual hygiene awareness program “GARIMA” is an initiative for women and adolescent girls to empower them through awareness sessions on menstrual hygiene and safe disposal practices. This program has so far covered 18,000+ women and adolescent girls.

Mobile Medical Van

Through MMV, Fusion aims to provide health care accessibility for rural communities and ensure continuous care by providing medicines, pathology test(HB test, Blood sugar, Blood pressure etc.) along with follow-up visits. This program has covered 37,000+ lives so far in 2 states.

Distribution of Wheelchair

The program aims to provide mobility and independence to individuals with physical challenges and encourage their participation in the community by enhancing their overall quality of life. Through this program, Fusion has distributed 268 wheelchairs across 14 states.

Beej
(An Agriculture Initiative)

CSR program “Beej” is an agriculture initiative for supporting farmers of low-income group which is currently focused on two areas:

  • To enhance the crop production (wheat) by providing high quality seeds & fertilizers. We also provide awareness sessions in various sustainable agriculture techniques.
  • Empowering women farmers to enhance their earnings by providing expert support and training for their mushroom cultivation setup.

Overall, 150+ farmers are being benefitted through this initiative.

Jivika
(Livelihood Initiative)

The CSR program ‘Jivika’ is a livelihood initiative empowering over 290 rural women with skills in areas such as beautician, tailoring, making paper and cloth bags, leaf bowls, pickles, and papads. The program provides comprehensive training, including packaging, pricing, and market linkage, to create sustainable livelihood opportunities.

Additionally, we have distributed 50 goats to communities for enhancement of their income. To ensure the well-being of the livestock, regular check-ups are conducted by veterinary doctors.

Community Development

Through this program, Fusion revitalizes community infrastructure according to local needs. Currently, we have refurbished an Anganwadi center in Bhopal to nurture a child-friendly atmosphere. This involved installing a water tank, rebuilding toilets, painting walls, and distributing school bags with educational materials.

(An initiative towards renewable energy)

Fusion’s CSR Program “Urja” focuses on enhancing energy access and fostering environmental sustainability through the installation of solar panels in communities according to local needs. This initiative has already led to the installation of two solar panel setups and more than 300 solar lights.

Fusion CSR Program “JAL” is focused on mitigating health issues and ensuring the availability of safe drinking water within communities.

  • By providing waterwheels to over 1,000 families in 12 states, we have eased the challenge of transporting water across long distances and alleviated the need for heavy lifting.
  • We installed over 30 water purifiers and coolers across multiple community locations(schools, hospitals, etc.), significantly improving access to safe and refreshing drinking water for more than 9,000 beneficiaries.

Relief & Rehabilitation

Fusion’s Relief & rehabilitation program is focused to provide immediate support.

  • Fusion provided food packets and essential supplies to families devastated by disasters like floods, cyclones, and fires, benefiting over 98,000 individuals.
  • Fusion responded to the Covid-19 pandemic by implementing a wide-ranging intervention across 18 states. This included distributing hygiene kits with masks, sanitary napkins, soaps, and sanitizer, alongside conducting awareness campaigns in remote villages. We also empowered marginalized communities through employment opportunities in cloth mask and hygiene kit production, while facilitating vaccination programs for rural populations. These efforts directly supported 5,30,000 beneficiaries
