I joined Fusion's Minjur branch in 2018, as a Senior Relationship Officer. During my rewarding 5-year tenure, I had the honor of being named cluster champion over 7 times. The CEO and COO recognized my hard work, and I was delighted to receive the prestigious national level Cluster Champion Award. I was the first female employee in the South region to be promoted as Assistant Branch Manager, it fills me with confidence being considered an achiever. Fusion gave me exposure and expertise in customer handling and target achievement. Currently, I lead a team of more than 5 people and manage the portfolio efficiently. I am grateful for the guidance and trust placed in me by my seniors, which has played a significant role in my professional growth. I joined Fusion Micro Finance as a Relationship Officer in March 2020 at Anjora Branch of Chhattisgarh. During that time, I was the only female employee in the entire Chhattisgarh region but I never felt out of place. My seniors have been incredibly supportive, providing guidance whenever I needed it.
