Department: Product & Process, Business Operations

Designation: Assistant Manager

Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field

Preferred Qualification: MBA, Strong understanding of solar rooftop systems and financing options or equipment finance.

Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience in financial services, preferably in solar or renewable energy finance.

Location: Various locations across India

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Business Development:
    • Generate leads and develop client relationships for solar rooftop finance.
    • Promote and present financial products to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
    • Achieve month-on-month sales volume targets for the assigned area, cluster, or region.
  2. Market Research & Analysis:
    • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Report on sales performance and market conditions.
  3. Client Management:
    • Provide customized financial solutions and ensure high customer satisfaction.
    • Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  4. Collaboration & Coordination:
    • Work with marketing, credit, and risk teams to implement sales campaigns and process applications.
    • Collaborate with vendors and installers for project execution.
  5. Training & Development:
    • Participate in training programs and mentor junior sales staff.
